Weekly Wednesday Morning Boot Camp

  • WHO: Everyone - All fitness levels welcome
  • WHAT: Peer-led group workout, anaerobic exercises at an individual pace
  • WHERE: CBH Office - 2200 E. 7th Street
  • WHEN: Every Wednesday @ 5:15AM – 6:00AM
  • WHY: To CONNECT with local veterans, stay active and support CBH

Monthly “1st Thursday Run/Walk & Happy Hour”

  • WHO: Charlotte Veterans, Supporters and Family members
  • WHAT: Run, Jog, Walk, Stroll & Happy Hour @ Hickory Tavern
  • WHERE: Little Sugar Creek Greenway – 715 Charlottetown Ave, 28204
    (Link up next to Wendy’s - Park in Target deck next door)
  • WHEN: 1st Thursday of Every month, Meet Up @5:45PM Meet Up, SP @ 6PM
