Rebecca Andre started working for nonprofits at the age of 16, quickly finding her passion for serving others. After graduating from High Point University she relocated from Cincinnati, OH to Charlotte, NC. She began her post graduate career at the United Way of Central Carolinas and then moved to The Independence Fund where she served as the Major Gifts Officer.
Rebecca is excited to be working at CBH because she experienced firsthand the struggles of her grandparents and other family members during their transition from military to civilian life. She believes the unique holistic services that CBH provides will positively impact the way our country supports Veterans. Rebecca is the proud sister of a US Army Captain, Ian, who is stationed at Camp Humphreys in South Korea.
Rebecca is a member of The Junior League of Charlotte, Charlotte Young Leaders, American Fundraising Professionals Association, and the Charlotte Chamber Young Professionals. Rebecca also has a heart for mission work and will serve two orphanages in rural Mexico for the fourth time this summer. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys traveling, being outdoors, yoga, and spending time with her friends and family!
